Pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se \u0161vestky, jablka, ryb\u00edz, aronie, ostru\u017einy, angre\u0161t, meru\u0148ky, bezinky, je\u0159abiny&#8230; lze pou\u017e\u00edt i bylinky, nap\u0159. kv\u011bt l\u00edpy, pampeli\u0161ku, medu\u0148ku, kv\u011bt \u010dern\u00e9ho bezu.&#13; &#13; V\u00fdborn\u00e9 je t\u0159eba i trnkov\u00e9 v\u00edno. K v\u00fdrob\u011b v\u00edna je pot\u0159eba cukr, mno\u017estv\u00ed podle druhu ovoce, kyselina citronov\u00e1, speci\u00e1ln\u00ed kvasinky pro v\u00fdrobu v\u00edna, \u017eivn\u00e1 s\u016fl, voda. Co se t\u00fd\u010de n\u00e1doby na v\u00fdrobu, osv\u011bd\u010dily se sklen\u011bn\u00e9 demi\u017eony opat\u0159en\u00e9 kvasnou z\u00e1tkou. V\u00edno lze vyrobit r\u00fd\u017eov\u00e9 nebo chlebov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 se d\u011bl\u00e1 z chlebov\u00fdch k\u016frek, jable\u010dn\u00fdch slupek, pomeran\u010dov\u00e9 k\u016fry, cukru a kvasinek.&#13; V\u00edna i lik\u00e9ry pln\u00edme do \u010dist\u00fdch sklen\u011bn\u00fdch lahv\u00ed, u v\u00edna v\u017edy s korkovou z\u00e1tkou. Lahve m\u016f\u017eeme ozdobit ma\u0161l\u00ed, ozdobn\u00fdm popisem \u010di jinak se v\u00fdtvarn\u011b vy\u0159\u00e1dit.
